Website terms

These terms apply to use of the Myaa website and its inquiry forms. If you have questions or concerns, use our Contact Us form. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website.

Information, inquiries and service agreements

Website content describes potential service areas and is general information, not a binding offer. Availability, deliverables, staffing, timing, pricing, payment, confidentiality, data handling and other commitments must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. Submitting a form does not place an order, reserve staff or create a service contract. The relevant signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with general website information.

Using the website responsibly

Provide accurate information and use this site lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit material you have no right to share, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website or use forms for spam, harassment or unlawful activity. Do not submit sensitive records or access credentials through public forms.

Your materials and confidentiality

You remain responsible for ensuring you have permission to share material submitted to us. Public inquiry forms are not a secure transfer channel for confidential client files. Ownership of commissioned work, licenses, confidentiality obligations and return or deletion of client materials must be addressed in the relevant service agreement.

Our website content

Website text, branding, layouts and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view the site and share links for legitimate informational purposes. Do not copy or commercially exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

AI and professional judgment

Some services may involve AI-assisted tools when agreed. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable without review. The service scope should specify human review, permitted uses and responsibility for final decisions. Website information is not legal, medical, tax or other regulated professional advice, and no business result or cost saving is guaranteed.

Third-party tools and links

Third-party platforms and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and behavior are outside our control. Any required subscriptions, permissions, integrations or third-party costs must be agreed during service scoping.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website content or outages outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for contracted services is governed by the relevant agreement.

Updates and questions

We may revise these website terms by posting an updated version. Changes do not automatically amend an existing signed service agreement. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights continue to apply. Please use our Contact Us form if you have any questions, concerns or a complaint.
